EHang is a Chinese autonomous aerial vehicle technology platform company which listed on the NASDAQ in December 2019. The company has been attacked by two short-sellers. The first attack was by Wolfpack Research in February 2021 which alleged that EHang was a pump & dump fraud that was fabricating revenues. The company's share price fell over 90% from its peak in February 2021 although the report failed to prompt any auditor and/or director resignations. As such, while the pump and dump allegations might have some credibility, the fraud allegations remain unproven. The second attack was by Hindenburg in November 2023 which questioned EHang's order book and valuation. To date, the report has had no impact.
